Ingredients:-
3 tbsp. Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves
3 Onions, sliced
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
5 Boiled Eggs
2 cups Rice washed and cooked in 8 cups salted boiling water and drained
1 tbsp. Butter
Crushed Black Pepper
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, garlic, coriander leaves, onions and saute. Add salt as per taste followed by red chilli powder. Cover with a lid and let it simmer until the onions turn soft.
- Dice the boiled eggs and add to the pan and mix well.
- Now add the cooked rice and mix everything nicely and then add butter and black pepper.
- Cover with lid and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
