We went on a 3 nights cruise to nowhere and one of the specialty restaurants on the cruise was this teppanyaki restaurant Umi Uma
We were suite guest on the cruise and it allows us to dine complimentary at the specialty restaurants, have access and dine at the palace restaurant and have unlimited beverages
Dream Cruise 3 Nights in Palace Deluxe Suite
In total we paid $3,841.50 SGD / $2899.46 USD for 3 pax (I brought my mom)

Might be similar to "flights to nowhere" that are currently sold. It doesn't stop at any locations, but returns you straight to where you boarded. It's a way for these cruise/airline companies to make money during the pandemic.

Your teppanyaki chef from the Philippines was S-Tier fun to watch, but what really caught my eye was his removing the big white nasty glob of yolk-support protein strings (the chalezae - each egg has two) from the general mass of egg he'd laid out. It was either that or a bit of eggshell, but it looked pretty boogery to me, so I'm gonna go with chalezae. They have a distinct taste and texture that don't appeal to me, so I'm all for getting rid of the darn things. Also enjoyed his calling Kikkoman soy sauce "Japanese Diet Pepsi". :D This was yet another great show. Thanks for sharing it with us, DancingBacons and Mrs.Bacons!

My favourite teppanyaki restaurant here in Florida is a restaurant called Shogun. The Chef's tricks are similar to that of the chef in this video. He calls soy sauce "Japanese Coca Cola" which I always think is funny everytime I eat there. The 'egg snake' here is something I've never seen before, and that was really awesome. When he cuts the omelette into the the fried rice, watch it at 2X the speed. 😆
