Egg Pie! [ No Oven, No Bake, No Mixer ]
Egg Pie without steaming, without baking, & without an oven
No Bake Egg Pie Recipe
How to make Egg Pie at home
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 can 300ml condensed milk
1 can 370ml evaporated milk
4 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk (large size)
1 tsp vanilla extract or lemon juice
1 egg white (large size)
bake in preheated oven at 160c for 50 minutes
