He's like a second Shane! *Edit* I had seen him in SG livestreams and he was in a couple videos so that's why I thought he was part of SG now and they just hadn't done an official announcement yet (after all they didn't do it for the new person... In terms of accents, England has the most diverse number of distinct accents of any country in Europe, if not the world. It's like 37 or 38 different accents, so it makes some sense they got Cockney then Liverpool back to back
