That's how I make my egg salad except I've never tried dill weed. I did put Tony's, a Cajun seasoning, and I too decided it's better without. But I'll definitely try the dill next time, looks delish ❤ ty for sharing. Love from SC.

Have you ever made egg salad with olives? Just boiled eggs, chopped green olives, mayo, yellow mustard, pepper and a little salt. Chop the olives finely and use about 3 times as much mayo as mustard. So, so good.

Hey there Talli Faye! I am a new fan of yours & I Love your channel! I just watched your video of you making Muffin Bread. I am pretty sure that the reason your mixers burned up is because you are kneading on too high of a speed. You should Never knead with Mixer above level 2. Kneading on a speed higher than 2 will burn up your mixer Every Time. I learned this from the Kneady Homesteader! Please try this from now on. Love You Bunches, Brenda Wichita KS.

Heyyyyyyyy Mrs. Talli Faye!!! That was a good idea of trying the Cajun seasoning in a small bite before adding it do the dish. I've messed up some things not understanding the saltiness of things like cheese, bullion powders, Sazon and the like. Hopefully now I know how to proceed with caution.
