I got some farm fresh eggs, and couldn't resist making an egg sando!! Easily make two servings of egg patty to make breakfast sandwiches. Customize with the toppings of your choice. I made mine with sauteed vegetables and cheese, but one could add meat (bacon, ham, etc.) if desired.
Basic recipe:
2 eggs (large)
1/4 c. milk (60 ml)
sauteed veg of choice (onion, pepper, mushroom, etc.)
