From local train stations to colleges there are so many street food vendors which serve all different sorts of egg dishes Anda Pav, masala Omelette, egg parathas etc. Chandan Paratha is one of such street food vendor who serves different types of parathas such as aloo paratha, gobi paratha, cheeese paratha, anda parathas etc. Must try their Egg parathas stuffed with onion, tomato, chilli and egg mixture. Its fluffy and delicious .

In street food Yu can watch how they cook .. so we I'll judge . In 5star hotel we aren't allowed near the kitchen area so who knows how they I'll cook and how they I'll serve us

I have friends who work in the hotel industry, and they vouch for (some) street food vendors having better hygiene than most hotel kitchens lmao. With street food, what you see is what you get, whereas you have no idea what's going on behind the doors of the hotel kitchens.

The “show offs” just do it to make it entertaining, bring in more people/marketing and get tipped well. It’s smart business. It’s ok if they don’t too because when it’s good food it’ll keep them coming back anyways. But for the tourist passing by, most go towards the “show offs”.

Well ..when there is no neatness ....food doesn't smell good they have to wear masks ..so that their salaiva doesn't fall on food ..and wear gloves to proper hygiene ..then we could eat any food without worrying ...this should be done .........
