Eggless Fruit & Nut Cake Recipe, Eggless Plum Cake Recipe, Fruit Cake Recipe, Dry Fruit Cake
Ingredients :
For Candied nuts :
1/2 cup or 120 gram sugar
3/4 cup or 180 ml water
20 gram cashew
20 gram almonds
20 gram walnuts
20 gram pistachio
20 gram pecan
20 gram cranberry
20 gram tutti frutti
For Cake base :
1/2 cup or 120 ml oil
1 cup or 150 gram powdered sugar
1 cup or 150 gram all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup or 180 ml milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Nuts for garnishing

I made it and it was delicious. Without egg too this turned out to be so moist and tasty with nuts... I modified a little, reduced sugar in cake batter by 50gm and instead of tutti frutti added dry fruits.. next time I think I can increase dry fruits by 20 gms. Lovely taste. Thanks

@@kri888 yes you can either soak in orange juice or candied nuts 😊orange juice soaked nuts takes time and candied nut are quick way to make socked nuts so choice is yours😊hope that helps

You can store on room temp for good 4-5 days just cover it so it ll prevail it from drying😊

Should I double the quantity of everything for an 8 inch cake pan?

If you want to make a big cake so yes you can double the quantity but you can make as same cake in 8 inch cake pan just the cake will be little less tall😇hope that helps stay connected for more easy recipes 😇😇
