#Oreo #Cupcakes recipe is finallyyyy here! I've been wanting to make Oreo overload cupcakes with Oreo buttercream frosting for the longest time now! This eggless recipe gives you the softest, yummiest and fluffiest cupcakes and the flavour ofOreos is bang on! You could decorate these with chocolate ganache or like me, with butter cream frosting.
Tips to make the best buttercream frosting- • HOW TO MAKE PERFECT BU...
INGREDIENTS-
cupcakes-
1 + ½ cups (180g) all purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 cup (285g) yogurt
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
¾ cup (150g) castor sugar
½ cup (120mL) vegetable 0il
1 teaspoon (5mL) Vanilla Extract or Vanilla beans
16 crushed oreo cookies, without cream
frosting-
1 cup softened butter (226 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups icing sugar (340g)
16 oreo cookies, powdered

I wanted ask a question that what is the size of your cupcake liners and the tray are they both medium size... because mine never fit properly into the tray.... I always have to forcefully push it down into the cupcake tray...please help me out with this major problem I face everyday..
