Hi Arunima, hope u r well. Just looking for an alternative to soak the sponge. Can it be just milk & milk powder? As it’s won’t be feasible to buy condensed milk can just that only 2tbsp vl b used out of d can. Kind Regards. Cheers.

Orpat is the one I use. Philips, Bajaj, Bosch are other recommended brands

I made this cake for my daughter’s birthday. It tasted moist and not too sweet which we liked. The cake did not rise well and also I used 1/2 cup of oil as per the printed recipe but u-tube has 1/3 cup. Which is correct? Also I have subscribed your channel and thanks for the the delicious recipe

I would recommend using it because otherwise pistachios itself don't have a very strong flavour but using ground pistachio also works
