A little grated gruyère cheese,a lo to of mozzarella cheese grated, a little red onion or shallots, and smoked bacon finely chopped or could add ham whatever you have but give it it try x

I love Jamie Oliver, honestly I'm a big fan. He seems like a great guy, has great recipes, I love his books and he's repeatedly transformed cooking and attitudes to food and animal welfare in the UK for the better etc. He deserves his success and I wish him much more of it.... ... but has he ever made anything without chilli in? I bet he puts them on his cornflakes.

I've got to say Jamie I am a huge fan of your cooking but this particular dish is absolutely awesome I love it so unique so different I hope you and your family are safe and please keep up with the great inventions that can only be attributed to you I love the way that you involve your whole family you are one of the biggest culinary assets that we have in the uk

Tried this recipe this morning, the eggy cheesy spicy flavours really work together, the easy salsa was a bit runny so I added a quarter of an avacado

Just tried this. Absolutely phenomenal. Progressively looked better with each one (still nothing like the vid). Chef gets fed last so I’m a happy chappy. Kids loved them without the chilli and didn’t mind they looked a bit of a wreck on the plate. Cheers Jamie 👍
