The information shared in this video about the boot process is specific to MPU Microprocessors. Also, EGT is a graphics library specifically designed for Microchip LCD controllers. However, the concept of finding ways to reduce boot time in Linux is still transferable. Please refer to something like this: www.furkantokac.com/rpi3-fast-boot-less-than-2-seconds/ news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28969386 You can turn on timestamp for Linux log and see which processes are taking time and turn them off to reduce boot time. 3 seconds is too long, some car laws stating 2 secs.
