This week Mama Wafaa and I hopped in the kitchen to make Arnabeet or fried cauliflower and yummy lamb chops! I grew up on this Egyptian style cauliflower and it is my absolute favorite!! I really tried to put ingredients but the way my mom just throws things into the mix...it's hard. Lol I hope you guys enjoy this video!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow just came across this video .enjoying the recipie. Its a great way to learn asli Egyptian food and Egyptian ammeya. Please lower the music or turn it off so that we can hear your moms voice and accent..im trying to learn cooking and Arabic here. My Arabic teacher woukd be proud of me. Keep the videos going. I wish u can post a recipe of samek mashwi with those wheat husks like I used to have in the souks of Egyptian when I was studying there.
