I am looking at this kit with the Eibach springs as well. A great performance upgrade to rid some body roll and will greatly help if one is still on the stock 17"s as I am

What about endlinks ? Wich ones are compatible with these Eibach Sway Bars ?
@johnnyzhuang70469 жыл бұрын
Hi Rick, is it also fitting in the 15 sti ? How it compare to whiteline's ? Thank you.

Wonder how thick one can go before they rip the mounting points loose from the chassis?
@Hyunw224 жыл бұрын
wouldn't you want to make the rear stiffer due to the understeer?
@Trevorb27usaf9 жыл бұрын
You recommend end links for this and if so which ones? Also you like this combo? Most people I see get the same size on both and use different settings.

Did you have to remove any pipes from the exhaust to install the rear sway bar? I heard people having problems getting them in unless they remove the Y pipe.
@rallysportdirect7 жыл бұрын
We did not, we were able to easily remove the swaybar without having to remove any part of the exhaust. I imagine some exhausts would require you to remove them for the install, but we had no problems. Thanks, Rick

Stock end links ?

could this make the car more dangerous for emergency maneuvering? The fast response is a positive, but I'm trying to figure out if it could put you in a fishtail easier on snow or wet roads.
@rallysportdirect8 жыл бұрын
This is a great question, and if you were to go with just a larger rear swaybar for example it could cause oversteer which can be dangerous if you are not used to the way the car reacts to different inputs, but if you go with a front and rear bar the car should be mostly balanced however I would always recommend testing any new setup in a safe enviroment to see how the car reacts to the new modifications. Thanks, Rick

Great video! Couple questions........on the front sway bar which is the stiffer setting? Also, what are the torque specs for the mounting and bushing bolts for the front and back? Thanks!
@jayman92079 жыл бұрын
***** Thanks for the reply! This sway bar set has been sitting in my garage for a couple of weeks now and I am waiting for the rain down here to stop so I can put them on. So if I understand you correctly.........if I am looking at the driver side of the front sway bar the hole on the right is the stiffer setting? Thanks again!

that exhaust tho..

thanks for the informative video! do you think a reinforcement brace is needed too? I was thinking about getting a rsb but wanted your opinion on the necessity of the brace as well. Thanks!
@rallysportdirect8 жыл бұрын
+Kris Babas A brace is not required in any way, and can always be added later on. Now I would recommend the bracing to help stiffen things up, but I would say do the sways first, they make a huge difference and you will love them! Thanks, Rick

+RallySport Direct thanks Rick tell wrx leans way too much in turns especially mine with the stock suspension lol

will handling be compromised in the snow ?
@rallysportdirect8 жыл бұрын
It will change the way the car handles in the snow for sure. I always recommend when installing any suspension components, to test it out in a safe area and under different conditions to see how the car's handling differs with the new parts installed. Thanks, Rick

Will this kit fit the same year Impreza 2.0i non turbo premium?
@rallysportdirect7 жыл бұрын
Looks like it will only work on the WRX. Give us a call and we should be able to get a kit that will work on your Impreza :) Thanks, Rick

Rick, what settings did you finally settled with?
@rallysportdirect8 жыл бұрын
+BodegaBay We are currently running on the stiffest setting front and rear to help reduce body roll. Thanks, Rick

Hey bro, do you know if these sway bars would with on both the 15+ wrx and sti?
@rallysportdirect7 жыл бұрын
The rears should be the same but the front bar will be different due to the engine layout. We do have this same kit specific for the STI though :) www.rallysportdirect.com/fits/2015-subaru-wrx-sti-base-2-5/sway-bars/eib1-7728-320-eibach-sway-bar-kit-front-25mm-rear-22mm Thanks, Rick
