Eight Ball Deluxe Pinball Machine (Bally 1981)

This is the original version of Eight Ball Deluxe, from Bally, released in 1981. This machine has undergone a substantial restoration: new PCBs, new playfield overlay, new rubbers, balls and bulbs, new speaker, new set of plastics, new chrome legs.

I would ask strangers at the mall for a quarter to call my mom, I would scam a couple dozen quarters that way and head to the arcade to play 8 ball deluxe all day. This machine really reminds me of being a kid in the suburbs during the 1980’s.

God I spend so many underage drunken nights wrecking the High Scores on this game . Played for hours and spent tons of quarters on it . All time best Pinball game .

When are the right drop targets supposed to reset? Why didn't you adjust the solenoid switch on right slingshot?

It is a wonderful pinball. Very hard to find now. We get asked a lot to source one, but they just don't come up very often unfortunately.

My father owned a bar when I was a kid. Me and my cousins played the hell out this game. Really brought back memories watching this. I'd love to get one

OMG I've had an earworm all day today.... 8 baaaaall delux 😂 Straight away I made the connection to playing this machine in early 80s in my early teens. Knew KZfaq would come up with the goods! 😅

Damn the tilt is set loose on that thing. I can't shake the machine at my local arcade anywhere near that much.

This was my favorite pinball machine. A lot of nickels and later quarters spent. There were older versions before this one. Played them all. If I had room at the house today......

OMG! that takes me back! my favourite, and along with harlem globetrotters, most of my money was spent on this machine! i've no doubt its long gone, but if you ever get another, or harlem globetrotters, i may well be interested!

beautiful EBD machine except for that right slingshot switch, < 5 minute fix. PLUS you need to lower the front legs about 3/4 to 1 full turn to get the correct game speed.
