I have this one too I believe. I like using it after weight training, I think it helps me not be so sore, and also when I want to do a step/bounce type routine instead of jogging/running in place.

This is a mickey mouse vibration plate! It should be called shaker plate, not a vibration plate... because it shakes more than vibrates. The real vibration plates are different!

@@daviduhihill4545 Yes, this plate will shake you from side to side rapidly. Vibration plate doesn't shake you but you'll feel the vibrations going through your bones... with shaker plate you're just shaking your body, and brains, I doubt that it's beneficial...

@@leslieridenour2734 unfortunately those one's are over $3k for good ones... eg. Power Plate Move. Or some commercial grade platforms. The kind I've seen at a gym was real and they just look different, you'll know it's real and effective just by looking at the equipment, that's how well they're built. VT007 vibration plate is way cheaper, with no aesthetics though, ok for beginners.. I haven't tried it myself, I only saw a video how it works on amazon...
