I used to think this song playing every time you performed an ExE was a bit much, but when I lost a fight against BlackWarGrowlmon (surprise Finisher caught me off guard) with a freshly digivolved pair of Megas, and the ExE happened on it's own for the first time... My jaw hit the goddamn floor. Now I can't get enough of it.

I still remember it to this day. My two characters, Ophanimon and Examon were fighting the final boss. I was tossing HP discs and rousing them to keep fighting, got the boss to about 1/2 of their HP and then they got me with a heavy critical attack and knocked out my Digimon. Sitting here going "Dammit, guess I need to train." Then the mechanic where there's a chance for your digimon to rise back up and ExE hit. This banger of a track started blasting and we won the fight JUST as the song ended. Fucking chills man.

Same thing happened to me when i was fighting against the 2nd Machinedramon aka Mugendramon. It was an anime moment to me. I had Miragegaogamon and Aeroweedramon. After they got defeated, ExE-thing happened and they fused into Imperialdramon Fighter Mode and finished the job.

I use Alphamon and Mastemon, Omegamon Zhwart kicked their collective asses despite I already have averagely 8000++ stats and 60k++ HP. Then when their life hit low bar, I just decided to fuck it and push ExE Guess what came out from their fusion? Omegamon. Omegamon, the pure one, against the black version. God. Dang. It. In the end, he hit me with his special attack, then I counter it with my own and I finally won If that is not an anime moment, I don't freaking know what else is

this JUST happened to me, and i was legit in shock. I have a Rosemon and a ChaosGallantmon, got defeated by GranKuwagamon. I looked away because i expected to just go back to city. Nope. Digivice shines, ExE, Omegamon Zwart.

next order was awesome but it needed way more dramatic moments like that, the special attacks for instance each digimon needs to let out a super threatening roar and the attacks need better animation. But yeah when your digimon get defeated then this comes it it really makes you want to jump up and cheer for digimon.

The shear excitement I felt when this played during a boss fight was overwhelming, it felt absolutely great when they pulled a fusion and beat the crap out of the enemies. This song is also hype as hell it's so good

Everyone feels the same because usually when the digimon die, its a gameover and to start at town. But for next order, they can exe digivolution once per day during death. They caught me off guard as well

I didn't know how to activate double partner attacks or ExE Digivolution the entire game nor did I need to, until I challenged Omegamon and Alphamon during the post game and learned that level 50 was in fact, not the cap enemy digimon could go to. One of my partners I was purposefully keeping as AeroVeedramon instantly got destroyed and I thought the battle wasn't worth trying to salvage as I did 10 damage to them. My other partner, a Minervamon put up a decent fight but was doing no damage so I let them go down without healing them when the death ExE kicked in for the first and only time in the playthrough, resulting in a Imperialdramon Fighter mode with seemingly maxxed out stats if the HP and MP were anything to go by. Turned the battle into an unwinnable one to an actual fair fight as Alphamon went down fairly quickly and Imperialdramon and Omegamon went back and forth swinging their finisher moves at each other, eventually leading to me winning a battle I had absolutely no place winning otherwise. Truly the most anime moment of the entire game, the only jarring part is that the battle went long enough that this song stopped and had to restart :V

This song didn't quite click with me initially, but after my Herculeskabuterimon and Antylamon came back from the brink of defeat, turned into Imperialdramon Fighter Mode and decimated the opposition in two hits... Well, it kinda made me see it in a new light. I definitely prefer this sort of DNA fusion system wherein the fusion works as a separate gameplay mechanic (or rather, two mechanics if you consider the automatic and manual methods to be separate things) compared to how Cyber Sleuth just treated it like any other evolution. I enjoy how you actually have to weigh your options in regards to whether it's worth burning 150 OP from both party members on top of the harsh de-evolution caveat just for a temporary boost. The fact that there's a consequence-free variation that can happen upon death also makes for a fun unknown variable to any encounter.

Also if both Digimon are at the Mega level there is no pentalty reverting them back a stage. This function is mostly to discourage using it with anything less than fully developed Digimon unless absolutely necessary.

I really loved this song when it was in digimon worlds intro, but it was a totally unexpected and amazing moment when it came in after my sakuyamon + leomon were battling bancho leomon, both died then this kicked in and they rose together as omegamon zwart 🤩 one of my favourite moments so far

I just finished playing Digimon World Next Order. I was raising KaiserGreymon (EmperorGreymon) and MagnaGarurumon when I faced Lucemon SM for th first time. And I was like, damn the final fight from Digimon Frontier is here!! Then I faced him again in dimensional dungeon, both my Digimon died.. then this song played.... Round 2!!! ❤❤❤❤

I remember when i played game song was eh is okay, but after when my digis gets defeated and song begin played made me a day, after a while i come to listen this song bring me back good memory and i love this song now.

I remember my first exe, mach-gaogamon and rosemon, we were in the desert and fought these 3 Nanimons, it was at the begining of the game and perphaps my digimons were powerfull and I gave them all potions I had they lose against them, I was really frustrated because that was the first time we get that far and yet it wasnt enought, then when I get closer to them and the screen turns black it happens, that heartbeat, the digivice shines and they fused, I dindt know what was happening neither know they can fuse but it happen, Rosemon Burst Mode kicks in with accentier and after a hard battle she defeated the 3 of them, it was a really exciting moment, I felt really happy and proud after that, nices memories.

When you record a miracle gameplay where on the brink of your digimon's loss, a ExE evolution happens without your command, causing Imperialdramon to beat Omegashoutmon, but when you review that video... The BGM is cut out and the entire battle is SFX... So much for that awesome experience if it doesn't get recorded.
