Самые лучшие фигуристы, таких больше нет. Танцуют душой и сердцем. Можно смотреть бесконечно, неотрывная глаз. Казалось долгая и счастливая жизнь впереди. Бог зачем любовь забрал! Это так несправедливо! Они этого не заслужили...

My favorite part of this video is where he places his arm around her to console her for falling down during their performance. This occurred after the Olympics in Calgary, and they lost the championship on that day. They were not dating yet. Sergei already loved her but she was too young for him and he waited out of respect and love. What a great love story! She is gorgeous and he matches her but in a quiet way.

I love that too-it’s a very rare clip and hard to find. He puts his arm around her very nonchalantly and shakes her like he’s trying to be all cool and brotherly. She’s upset about the skating but when he does that, her eyes just flash and she totally gives herself away, like oh my god Sergei has his arm around me! It’s just amazing to see that in two teenage athletes where we all know now exactly what was happening!

It was the 1988 Worlds I think. They made no mistakes in Calgary and won Olympic gold.

통증의 원인이 어딘지만 알았어도..진통제를 맞으며 스케이트를 이어나갔다는 건 그만큼 아내를 사랑해서였을까..정말 온전히 사랑을 다하고 자신을 다 소진해버리고 떠나버린 그.

@@hby4324 He truly loved her and they needed to skate for a living. He was misdiagnosed. His back pain was just taken as the usual injury athletes like him go through. He was in fine shape and only 28 yrs old, heart disease was probably the last thing on his and doctors' minds. Unfortunately, it took his death for the rules in the sports world to change. Heartbreaking and sad. :(

He had such great respect for her. He didn't rush her. He was interviewed in 1994. And he reiterated that he and Katia always had such great respect for each other even before they became a couple. He also said that he loved her just the way she is -- that with all the flaws he loved her dearly.

😟💔😥 ... knowing Sergie is gone and Katia alone never to skate with him again makes it painful and heartbreaking to watch and makes me cry..

Многолетние изнурительные тренировки. Наша школа фигурного катания-лучшая в мире. Как умели подбирать пары. Восхищение тренерам и фигуристам. Любовь Сергея и Кати со временем переросла в очень глубокое взаимное проникновение. Мы видели только экранные их взаимоотношения, но и этого достаточно, чтобы увидеть как их привязанность к друг другу только росла с годами. А Сергей прям с придыханием на неё смотрел. Люди просто растворились друг в друге и уже было не понятно где он или она. Один человек. Поэтому боль Кати никогда не пройдёт до конца. Она конечно пытается жить и не отказывать себе в земных чувствах с другими партнёрами, но это сравнение всегда оказывается не в их пользу.
