We picked up this 1970 El Camino on our way to a drag event! Tested the limits of our knowledge, patience, and our lug nuts.

Almost bought this ElCo I was afraid there would be nothing left of the frame..plus it was 7 hours away. Good to see someone picked it up

New subber here 01/21/2129 I like time traveling to see these relics that are still sought after here today. You probably wouldn't be surprised to know they are now prized by the elite class.

Ah, yeah that goop out of the engine was terrible I didn't expect it to be that bad but it was awesome to see the whole process and see that thing on the road again! I'm glad that you guys ended up with it.

Oh be still my El Camino lovin’ heart. I hope you will do a follow up when it runs without polluting your lungs. Also, don’t forget to check the lug nuts on your next trial run😂

Those are anti-foulers, basically an '80's gimmick to stop oil burning, sears and firestone used to sell them 40 years ago.

Was gonna tell him about them, glad I read some comments first

Anti foulers!! I only use those when I allegedly cut the cats off something. Did the valve covers seal? I know Will and valve covers are mortal enemies. haha

Miraculously, yes! New record!
