Lots of clouds but very little rain North Cebu City. We did have a down pour that lasted 30 min which helped out a lot.

Thank you Robert, Very good news to finally see the official change being announced. However I wish to inform you of south west Negros Oriental south of Dumaguete is still suffering brutal affects of ELnino and has not yet rained and is still serverly dry. Namely the city Zamboanguita and Siaton. These areas are for some reason I don't understand yet geographically dry being in that hard to get spot in central visiyas. I'm also hearing reports from across central visiyas parts of Bohol, Siquijor, Cebu are still deep in the trenches ELnino, we are well into June now and normally we see the rain here by now. Things are still very bad. We remain hopeful to finally see the rainy season soon. While the rainy season has been announced not every where in the Philippines has received the relief rain yet and it's still the very early stages of the rainy season. Wow what a intense ELnino this was. My gut feeling Robert is this second half is going to be very actioned packed with many typoons and heavy rain LPA'S

I think this season would be below average again in terms of cyclone activity, in fact I can't remember the above average activity with had last time? 2013?

Hi Robert. You've got nice visuals and more detailed explanation of the weather in the Philippines. Thank you. If your target audience is us Filipinos.... then maybe you can speak a little slower and tone down the slang because its hard to keep up w/ what you're saying. You have a tendency to start slow and end up rapidly, almost inaudible. Just a suggestion so you can increase your Filipino viewers.
