Partly sunny here in Roxas City Fri. @ 0800. Yesterday we came up from Iloilo & moderate-hvy. rain/t-storms about 1800 created some minor flooding though once in Capiz it was basically rain free.

Some parts central visiyas still not had decent downPour's only a few showers. and many days still very hot. Today for example hot and Sunny. I've come to realise Central Philippines is the last place to get the fresh weather. Much fresher on the east or west coast
