Ppl if you're cuffs are too tight, just stretch them around a 35 lb. dumbell or a larger one. Leave them overnight on the dumbell, I guarantee that works.

I've got the full sleeves which work great for the tendinitis and "sliding" elbow joints that I experience. I may have to give the shorter cuffs a try as well.

Question, I get elbow pain from both pushing (bench, dips, overhead, pushups) and pulling movements (rows and pullups) on one elbow. Can the compression cuff be worn during the pulling excercises? Or will it hinder movement like elbow sleeves?

I had inner and outer elbow pain, which was constantly accumulating from workout to workout. I tried even taking periods off training, but after resuming the pain slowly returned. These cuffs sorted both problems. They offer some support on the pushing exercises, but I think that their biggest quality is reducing tension in the forearm tendons on the pulling exercises On pushing days I wear them with a little overlap over the elbow. On pulling days - slightly lower, no overlap over the elbow. Just to "cuff" the two bones of the forearm

I do have nagging pain in my elbow I bought the 2.0 but as I get mid way through my workout the sleeve is rubbing my skin raw. How can prevent this from happening?

seems to work but the material is so rough it gave me some friction burns from the slight moving while preforing exercises....

Size chart doesn't work if you have bigger arms and are a small guy. I'm 160 but I use the original xl slingshot. Can barely get that on. Size chart should be based off circumference of arms either around the bi and trip or the elbow for that thing.

I measure exactly 11.5" so I'm hesitant on going 10" and having too much compression / premature wear & tear or going 11" and having them too loose. Any input would be greatly appreciated. All your content is great!

Joshua Skversky I came in at the exact same measurement and went for the 11" cuffs and honestly I couldn't imagine getting the 10's past my forearms as the 11's are already pretty snug round the elbow.

I have both. Depends on how much support you need. For incline db press, I use the blues, for bench and dips I use the reds. I cannot recommend the reds enough.

Hey Mark I've used the original compression cuff and I just had a recommendation/question. I wonder why the compression cuff isn't similar to a knee sleeve in that its perfectly cylindrical in shape. Wit the cuffs you can see the stitching inside where the two ends connect and that really scratches up the arm as you pull it on and as you train. Now I'm not trying to sound like a little bitch or anything, but I don't see why the product can't be made equally as effective if the inside was just smoother and didn't contain that part that sticks out. It would be easier to slide on and offer just as much support.

Chris Peterson I think the length is fine for the intended purpose of applying compression to a relatively specific area so no I don't think it would necessarily be more effective.

I face the stitching out of the bend of my elbow and that solves the issue. We tried other stiching and it didn't hold well. After one to two uses the product should fit perfect.

They definitely help support the joint, I use them for every kind of pressing movement now. Well worth the money. Although I think the main thing that fixed my elbows was unfortunately ditching the barbell, and going back to dumbbells for all my pressing.
