He is the youngest conductor appointed at both RCO and Chicago orchestras, they - the top musicians, can’t be all wrong! Many sour grapes it seems… PS: Elphi looks great! Can’t wait to be there on 26/4!

his facial expressins are pure ego. so many orchestra musicians can do what he's doing but they're not given the opportunity.

No idea, but he looks at least like a rich family's son, who was handed this opportunity, but then...the orchestras decide, too and it's not easy as it seems to make it on this stage. Fate will decide how far he will go.
