He has damage resistance of some kind. I saw a video of a fight that showed him only taking roughly half the damage of a normal strike. He does have a decent hp pool of around 40k but he also has damage resistance, at least to normal attacks. Bleed works and according to this video, so does rot.

It's gonna get patched within the following weeks I think. Ton of people are complaining and getting angry and the level of bullshit the DLC has. It is bound to get patched. At least Radahn and Gaius are the most likeable to get patched as Radahn is straight up broken and just horribly designed and unfair. As for Gaius he is faster than Torrent which is straight up bullshit because Torrent is supposed to faster than anything in the lore of Elden RIng. Making a boss faster than Torrent is straight up bullshit and they and everybody knows it, You cant even dodge him on Torrent which is just bullshit, absurd, unfair, and broken. And Dont get me started on the Bullshit that is the Radahn fight.
