If you parry he'll do same attack after, if you roll away he'll do a different attack and the cycle will break,

Go fingerprint greatshield and either a bleed spear or bleed thrusting sword, you can get through most bosses and enemies with that cheese combo provided you build for a lot of stamina

Dude, this guy is nowhere near ongbal's level. Ongbal doesn't rely on heavy damage in his runs. Ongbal loves a challenge. This guy relies too much on heavy damage. Which makes the fight boring. If you can do as much damage as this guy can with a single stab, you'd probably find this boss easy too.
