Follow the road East of Bonny village where you got the O mother emote until you reach the church district entrance (NOT the cathedral of manus metyr). Then go over the rooftops and through a hole in the roof of a building and follow the walkway until you find an elevator, which should take you up to the Storehouse, Back Section site of grace. Then head up the ladder in that area and and then up the staircase nearby. After that follow the wall to your right side until you get to the hole in it.
