There are SO many callbacks to previous darksouls games here, at 0:48 we see a beast that look very similar to Manus of the abyss, at 1:09 we see what looks like an enemy with an abyss watcher moveset, and they face someone reminiscent of sister Friede. Then at 2:06 we someone who has a similar look to Pontiff Sulyvahn, with one fire sword and one ice sword instead of one light and one dark.

@@TheTroupeMasterGrimm As I said before I may be misremembering but her armor set is similar, she wielded swords of fire and ice, and was graceful in a way Pontiff Sulyvahn wasnt. I think thats what strikes me more about this character because other than the stance (ill take your word for it DS3 has been a while for me) and the twin swords this doesnt read as the pontiff either. He is also long and anemic and covered in robes and flowing cloth without a lick of armor.
