The Elder Scrolls Online Necromancer class has been deemed the worst class in the game, but this build has helped me a lot in outnumbered PvP. Here is a PvP compilation I hope you all will enjoy which is broken down into 3 chapters. This stamina necromancer PvP build combines insanely high physical and spell resistances, critical damage resistance, and nearly every form of mitigation easily obtainable to the necromancer class in ESO. All this while still pushing around 6k weapon damage without utilizing the sea serpent's coil mythic. Between undeath, sprit guardian, major protection, minor protection, major evasion, and other mitigation, you can tank out a lot of incoming damage.
This build was designed for outnumbered pvp and has access to every common status effect.
