You also, as a lawyer, are held to similar confidentiality laws as a therapist; if your client poses explicit risk to themself or others you must report it. HI ELEANOR PLEASE READ Im writing you as I currently live in NZ with my partner, whose mum went missing in 2002. Her name is Alysha Krshangi Hanin and she was, (we suspect) murdered or trafficked by her boyfriend whose name is Mark T Guariglia. (Former criminal lawyer) He was never found guilty, but there was a lot of evidence. What makes me sad is there is not much coverage in this case at all, and he is still out living his life. I would love for you to do a video about this, to raise awareness and to potentially get this case open back up or reviewed. As my partner is the loveliest person, and from what I hear, his mum was too. I would love to see justice for her. I really appreciate you taking some time to read this email.

I agree that he left the 3-year-old alive because he figured the child was too young to act as a witness against him. His stated reason for killing the two little girls was solely because he thought they'd tell on him. He figured the 3-year-old couldn't do that so he left him alone.

@@LazionLove True, but an 11 year old and a 7 year old would probably have at least a slightly better chance of at least somewhat understanding of what happened/what he did and would probably have a better chance of explaining what they saw in a way that an adult could understand. A three year old child could possibly be less likely to understand the full implications of what happened and even if they did they might not be able to explain what happened in a sensible manner that would be easily understood. Obviously they _COULD_ do it but it might not be as easy for them. In fact I've even had experience with this myself. When I was a toddler I had... something... happen to me and I tried to tell my parents because I knew it was wrong but no matter what I tried to tell them they didn't understand what I was trying to say and they couldn't figure it out until at least 2 almost 3 years later when I finally was able to get a more detailed understanding of what was happening and figure out how to tell them in a way that actually made sense. So I could possibly see why he might think that such a small child might not be able to tell anyone what he did.

The dozier school for boys , especially the one mentioned in Florida, is the most disgusting, stomach-turning, place ever. The beatings that occurred were so terrible and so many people, in their elder years, will come forward and say that they can only imagine what the blacks went through. This place was horrific and it is sad to think that even with the things that were known about it, it still went on for as long as it did.

His lack of education showed when he labelled himself a mass murderer. A mass murderer is someone who kills four or more people in a single incident like a school shooter for instance. I suppose Knowles thought it sounded more grandiose than a serial killer which of course Knowles was. Another great video Eleanor can’t wait for part 2 xx

Yeah he literally SA'd a girl with a wooden bed post causing catastrophic internal injuries to her organs and went into her stomach. I thought it strange that someone could be described as a more brutal version of Ted Bundy. It makes me wonder if people think that because he was good looking (not in my book, eww) that his crimes here somehow kind or not violent. Ridiculous. He also would return to his victims for MONTHS after they were dead in order to SA them and he would only stop doing this when they were so decomposed that it was physically impossible to do it any longer. So yeah. Nothing can beat that imo.

@lenamariejackson 2 жыл бұрын
@@WakeyWakeyEggsandBakey i agree with you 100%. i think Ted Bundy’s heinous crimes were diluted massively due to the fact he was believed to be ‘handsome’ and educated. had Ted Bundy been conventionally unattractive and uneducated, he would be considered unbeatable at being the worst of the worst.

Yes he did speak up. He worked there 1964-1966. He gave info to police, as well as up his chain of command. I can understand why it may seem exploiting the sufferers. He was somewhat traumatized by his experiences there. He was haunted by some of the events that he knew of and tried to lay his ghosts to rest throughout his professional life by writing poetry and he wanted to give some light to events. Some events that he reported were so outlandish that authorities had trouble believing and administrators had difficulty controlling some behaviors. He started noting some of these events and eventually wove it into a novel. Of course the characters are fictional and the book as a whole is fiction but some events and behaviors come straight for real events. He self published his novel because he wanted to expose what went on.

I went to a "behavior modification program very similar to it for my entire 16th year. My parents sent me there because they hated my boyfriend. We were forced to write letters home every Sunday and and we would be punished for including any of the abuse in the letters, and those parts of the letters would be edited out. If you didn't comply, you were made to sit in a 2 by 4 room with your head against the wall for days, and that is where sexual assault would take place, and if you refused to "work" your program, you would be sent to a place called Tranquility Bay in Jamaica. There was literally no one tell about what was happening. Doors weren't allowed and you were watched while using the bathroom and showering. They placed a lot of these "schools" in the mountains and anywhere where they knew you could never survive if you found a way out. All parents had to sign off on the "zero tolerance Jamaica policy" before they'd let the kid in. In Jamaica, they could legally keep you until age 21. Many students died there from excessive force or suicide. MANY kids committed suicide after being released from the program, and many died from drug overdoses. I'm 32 now, and have severe CPTSD, panic disorder, anxiety, depression, and debilitating physical problems such as scoliosis, from sitting for months on a hard floor, fibromyalgia from what the trauma does to your neurological system, and I'm just now being diagnosed with MS, for the same reasons, I believe. I struggled with severe alcohol abuse for a decade. I don't know a single person who doesn't have severe life long mental/physical issues who went to one of these schools. Not to mention that it ruins any relationship you had with your family, and makes it almost impossible to have healthy relationships with anyone. If I wasn't so stubborn, and didn't have my children, I absolutely would not still be here, and not a day goes by that I don't think they're life wouldn't be better without me. Please excuse the long comment. I didn't speak about this for about 13 years and now I realize how important it is that people know about it, because even though my program was raided and shut down, just like many, there are still so many more today, full of suffering children. It makes me physically sick to know this.

I walked outside and cheerfully and peacefully walked to the cofeemachine to get myself a drink, walked around the station looking over the shoulders of the coppers taking their time to type what ever they were typing until one of them asked me who I was and what I was doing there. I explained to him that I was in the holding cell and walked out as soon as I had become bored >< He wasn't amused but I certainly was
