Hope For Paws - Official Rescue Channel

Every person can do something to help animals. During these hot summer months, please leave a bowl of water and food for homeless animals who could use an effortless meal or a drink of water. It's still kitten season, and cat mamas out there need these resources so they can produce milk for their babies. Also, this will save them from going for long distances in search of food, and that will reduce their chances of getting hit by cars.

@@mindcraftyD13 Until someone at the shop moves something and squashes them or traps them - the entire point is keeping them out of an environment like that - I was totally befuddled at the end of the video. Unless they are keeping them in an office room and always know where they are - other than that a cat could be in anything and you'll never know.

@@ColinPoole This is what I was thinking. It's a dangerous place with machines and cars. Even if they promise to care for them: if some of the workers will loise their Jobs, nobody will care for the cats anymore.

Every dog, adult or puppy, every cat, adult or kitten, that is rescued by Hope for Paws, receives all the medical treatment necessary for a safe adoption, AND the animals are spayed and neutered. Every animal spayed or neuter means substantial numbers of dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens will NOT BE EUTHANIZED! Or, will these animals if injured, sick, or mortally wounded hide and suffer in silences. Save not just the kitty or puppy today, but prevent future tragedies. Hope for Paws has rescued ducks, donkeys, raccoons, well, a variety of animals in need. That is why I am a monthly donor, Hope for Paws runs to the need like firemen and women run towards the fire. It's a good thing.

It's good to have a well- cared-for feral colony in places like this because they catch the rats and the mice who might otherwise chew through wires, etc. A well-fed healthy cat is a good hunter.

We've been feeding two stray females. We didn't know they were fertile and they had 8 kittens total. One of the kittens died, one we missed and he went feral, and the remaining six we found them homes... well three of them we found homes for and the other three we decided to keep 🙂. We eventually captured the two moms and the feral kitten who were then taken to the vet and "fixed." We socialized the feral kitten and the two moms are still outside and fed daily.

Perfect names for all the kittens and I'm so happy mom and dad were trapped and the LADWP wanted to keep caring for the mom and dad. So kind of them to care for the kittens until Hope For Paws rescued them.

I love the cats' names, it shows that besides their compassion and dedication, HFP also has a good sense of humor. I really appreciate when some humans think of smart ways to train feral animals in order to help them. Not all animals can be adopted into a home but they can still live safely along with people who are willing to take care of them. Thank you all.

How beautiful are these kitts..great that the power company who fed them got them used to the trap/feed..and that they wanted the feral mom and dad back to keep the rat and mouse population under control..for their day job they get free bed and board...great deal as I see it..and will get yearly inoculation too..and no more bubs..I absolutely love it when there are humans who actually care for these gorgeous animals...well done to you all..👏👏👏👏👏👏🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👍👍👍🐾🐈🐈🐾🐾🐈🐈🇺🇸

@David Perez the one in NYC is different they only rescue adult cats and kittens no dogs and only Flatbush ave in Brooklyn New York City no where else

I was moved by this video. In my opinion, I'd like all of the cute kittens to be adopted by responsible owner families as feral cats live so shorter than indoor cats on average.
