for me looks like death device, not charger - 230v wires soldered but what if it breaks and touches in any other place ? I think it should be mounted with screws

Und was machst du, wenn das Gehäuse verklebt oder verschweißt ist? Ausserdem hat das Niederspannungskabel jetzt keine Zugentlastung mehr. Du musst das Kabel in der Knickschutztülle verkleben oder vor der Innenseite der Tuelle einen Knoten machen!!!!

I appreciate trying to help with DIY, but there are so many things wrong here. The soldering was bad, and there was no wire strain whatsoever. The end result is a dangerous fire hazard.

При эксплуатации проводки очень быстро оторвут, Тем более, что припаял очень плохо. Для надёжности надо было ещё смазать клеем провод вместе входа в переходник и корпус

Your soldering is atrocious. You should never just "heat up" the existing solder as you have done. Always add a little more solder AS you apply the iron. This will result in a shiny strong joint. Your method will result in a dull "COLD" joint that will fail.
