They are sampling from a bunch of different songs to make their own. /nutshell Each person has a turntable and a mixer. All mixers are routed to same output. The entire group uses their impeccable timing, scratching and needle-dropping/seek skills to find different areas of their own record (be it a custom print or whatever they choose) that contain the small chunks of the tune they want to use and build their song/routine from said chunks/samples. Drums, Horns, Keys, Bass one on each. PRACTICE!
