It was absolutely phenomenal! The scene of Charmender and Ash wait in the room was incredible emotional 😭 , I have tear in my eye not gonna lie, and finally the battle badge rematch was intense and love ❤️ it! I can’t wait to see what your gonna do whit this amazing 🤩 story!

this was one of the best part yet the development for charmander to charmeleon is a really nice touch and krabby evolving to be a much more powrful mon and a 1 hr part was crazy and the koga battle and ideology was amazing this was truly beautiful and I am still amazed your not popular this was one of the best what if yet as if your explaining a story truly well done

One of the best Pokemon what if gary is like Paul now and Ash is having the kind of development he has in sinnoh or kalos I have a feeling u might make them face each other in finals and both might be champion level trainers capable of fighting lance by then .

Man what a great part. The part where charmander realized he wont be abandoned again was amazing and made me really emotional. The battle with ash and koga was really good and it was interesting to see this version of koga.

So many people take Koga in a route similar to his Adventures manga version. However, I was looking at Bulbapedia and found that in game he's actually quite noble and many will come from all over the world just to train under him. So I decided to adapt that

@@ElectroPikachu Yeah, koga seems like a person who feels noble and would attract other people to learn. I have not read adventure manga since i doubt it is accessible so i have no idea how koga is there.

The adventures manga is purchasable, and I think VIZ Media also lets people read it online if you pay a small fee or something. In the manga, Koga's actually a member of Team Rocket

I'd argue that Charizard was only able to become the greatest after getting to a point where he listened to Ash. When he didn't listen, he was usually the cause of Ash losing certain battles (like against Ritchie)

Nah, this scene with Charmander should have just actually been in the show. It's a much better handling of the "Charizard disobedient" arc as you had Ash do something that clearly caused tramua for Charmander. Now it makes more sense and helps to round out Charmander's story

@@ElectroPikachu While.it obviously could've been longer, I think the narrative expectation you set of Ash needing Charmander to get the win against Koga, plus Ash's experience with disobedience before, make it work well enough. In my opinion anyway
