Hello. Thank you very much and I am very glad that you are interested in polymer clay. 😊 I put the polymer clay on Bosch P40 sandpaper. This adds texture to the back, you can see the result at 7:34 in the video. The sandpaper should be slightly moistened so that the clay does not stick to it. But you can skip this step! 🙂

I sprayed a little water to make the clay easy to remove! 😊

I think the gasoline available at the pharmacy would dissolve the glue. I usually use "tesa film basic" tape (19 mm wide), it doesn't leave a sticky mark. And you just have to smooth the tape very gently on the clay, you don't have to press it hard.
