So, when Bowman pulled the fire alarm, he knew that Congress was meeting in Session; he specifically was trying to disrupt the proceedings (vote) and he was conscious of wrongdoing. These were the three elements the DOJ attorney said was their criteria for charging Jan 6th defendants. Yet, he was not charged.

So that lady stated to the Supreme Couer that the vast majority of people who actually entered the Capitol on Jan 6 are innocent because there's "evidence" they didnt know they were disrupting anything? Did she really say thinking law enforcement is "waving" people into the building IS a valid Jan 6 defense? Well that's pretty much everybody who made it into the Rotunda on Jan 6. Most of them were waved into the Capitol on the West side of the building. All the violence and fighting happened on the East side of the building, with almost zero overlap between the two groups. Even communicstion between security and law enforcement was limited. The East side police were fighting for their lives and calling for backup the entire time, while the West side police were providing basic security and taking selfies with the protesters.

She said "corruptly", never answered. Violence isn't corrupt, corrupt is underhanded, like a bribe, deleting emails, or something that dishonest or unethical, not anything these people are saying. They should be charged with these crimes, corrupt intent to disrupt government proceedings.

Thank God for Justice Kagan, she knows the LAW inside and about. So you can't pull your bs on her, because she will see right through it. Thank God she is on our supreme court.
