Why people need to take away baby from mother.

That is the first thing I thought. Why are her legs in Chains? In zoos in my country a elephant about to give birth goes into a large pen with hay on the floor and gives birth and is left alone to bond with her baby. Humans are only involved if the baby gets gets stuck in the birth canal or something like that......It's called nesting and all us mothers do it and all the humans around her are scaring her and should GET LOST........You definitely are not helping her........This is why I won't go on Thai elephant rides or have anything to do with this brutal trade.......No tourist money menas no jobs and they will have to find other work.
