The model is premised on “distributed leadership,” the idea that you need to understand your own leadership signature but also be able to harness, align, and leverage the leadership capabilities that exist throughout an organization.
The framework highlights the ability to read new situations, build trusting relationships, create a compelling vision, enhance credibility, and invent processes to adapt to a changing world.
