Your idea of running late is VERY different to mine, who has time for curling irons and French braids when running late. I only have time for a messy ponytail or messy bun (they're messy because I have only spent 2 seconds doing them)

They actually are really quick. Most of them we didn't stop or speed up the video much at all and they were 2 min or less. Minus the full head of curls, they are super quick ;)

Filling your hair full of bobby pins isn't quick, that would take me forever. Pony tail or just running over it with straighteners for 5 mins is more like it.

Not really sure that we filled our hair with bobby pins. The idea is to give you more options when you don't just want to straighten your hair or throw it up. ;)

I have damaged hair too. I found that using a shine spray like bumble and bumble after styling works great. especially for curly hair styles. It gives my hair shine, and it help condition it, so during the day sun and heat don't further damage and dry it out
