In competitive EILSA test, if the primary AG-Ab will removed and the same process -(As u told in direct, indirect or Sandwich) will occur then why we will add primary Ag -Ab. Sir please clear my doubt. Otherwise I understand full content except competitive.

This was great! But sir,I have one query that in competitive method there you explained that if antigens will be less so,antigens Bound to microtitre plate will be less and therefore absorbance will be lesser for that ,so how this justifies competition b/w them. Nd what is its significance here,,bcoz we are only detecting the antigens not quantifying them so please clarify on this Thank you!
