Akka what is control tube?? What is positive control tube and negative control tube????

Control is used to compare the test result. It is like a baseline. Whatever result you get after an experiment you compare it with control. Negative control means there is no reaction, no response. Positive control produce expected result. So both negative and positive controls used to analyse experiment outcome.
