She is so true about the excuses. Women will buy a $300+ wig, but won’t buy a $300 treadmill or bike. Spend hundreds on going out to eat but won’t order healthy meal subscription or meal prep. If you can scroll social media for hours you have 30 minutes a day to workout. Not gone always be motivated but you have to be discipline. It’s a choice to be lazy and make excuses.

Inspiring! I met her years ago at a stage plsy she was in. Truly beautiful spirit. We were suppose to pay to take pictures with the cast, she motioned for my friend and I to come over and she just took pictures with us. So warm and inviting. I'll always be a supporter. Plus, my birthday is a day after hers!
