I really like content like this and I also really like that Mark put the disclaimer close to the begining.... These are adults who make adult decisions, please take it or leave it and be respectful. Thats why I love me some Mark Bell. No judgement, just information.

It's so cool to see Mark smash the bullshit talk early on, but even cooler to see the comments on a KZfaq video follow through and actually be a positive environment. Great video too! Packing the lats and externally rotating the shoulders was a big help. Thank you!

The thing that bothers me bout bodybuilding and powerlifting lots of people take drugs which is technically cheating either tho there isn’t rules against it but that’s why it is a sport of substance abusers. Not saying all of them do that but many do and it’s a choice yes but I wouldn’t consider it a sport man. It’s push pull press plus substance addiction. To all the naturals out there good for you u should be proud.

I was born with my feet being turned out a bit, not good for running as you can trip a lot. It make my squatting easier when going wider and also a sumo is great for a big belly lifter. LOL If your shine ain't being scraped by the bar it's too far forward ;-)
