Even better I worked in a church for 6 month while I was waiting to go to France on a business trip I worked for free cooking for the homeless If you could see what they would feed the local people in Brighton it was very sad many of the items like jelly old rice and tinned veg was so out of date I put it in the bin . I used my money and my time to buy 25kg bags of flour sugar 10kg blocks of butter yeast and other items So I could bake bread and cakes pies ect ect Then came up with a legal disclaimer so that I could get food for the church for free like things the supermarket would not sell or wanted to give me to use in the church . They didn’t want to at the start incase some became ill and they where taken to court but after the legal disclaimer they happily helped I was getting all sorts of fresh fruit veg salmon chicken meat and with the items I brought as well they ate better then the people in the comments Even had one guy cry and then got angry as I made him pan fried salmon with dill He thought it was mold not a herb because of what they used to feed him I used my time to help teach the people how to work in a kitchen so they could use it to get a job When I went to France I was sad to go but happy I put a system in place that would feed all these people and would work after I was away I didn’t take money for this I did it because I wanted to help and I like to help when I can .
