The Eminence in Shadow RPG or Master of Garden is a game adaptation of the popular franchise "The Eminence in Shadow" which is a must-read for the fans of the franchise.
This game features new content only available in the game like the character stories, Event Stories and seven chronicles which is a good read for fans. It also has Main Story content where it depicts everything from the anime with additional info from the light novel of the series.
The Season 2 of Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute or The Eminence in Shadow is now airing every wednesday. The new season will feature new characters and villains alike Yukime, Elizabeth Juggernaut, Victoria or 559, 664, 665, John Smith, Mordred, Marie, Claudia and many more.
Cid or Shadow, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, and Eta will still be in the show.
While it will focus on characters like Claire, Aurora, Rose and Yukime for this season. The first season characters might have low appearance like Alexia, Iris, Sherry, Beatrix, Annerose, Nu and the others.

I like to think that Shadow was born without any isekai additional power boosts. From his experience in his previous life and through constant training and magic experimentation, he becomes the strongest person ever.

I mean, that is indeed the case, Cid is supposedly mediocre. But (explained in the novels) his technique is unparalleled (courtesy of previous life memories + this world isn't as advanced due to people keeping combat techniques from one another while Cid mastered any form of martial arts and said arts are polished towards each other). He trained his magic quality so much that it's like if normal people gotta use X amount of magic to do something, Cid can do it in 0.0000...0001% of it or something. And his body is superhuman cause he used his own magic to alter his own body composition & structure to his 'ideal' so he can live long superhuman abilities no need to eat or drink for months etc, he used some magic meditation shit to only require ... seconds of sleep, and so on.

That's literally the case, Cid doesn't have any power boost from anyone, he doesn't have system skills or cheat ability by goddess, Everything he have is his own power. He's so obsessed with being "the eminence in shadow" he learned all kinds of martial arts, boxing and kendo. When he got reincarnated the Kagenou family just happened to be one of the descendents of Human hero and that's why he have more mana capacity than normal people but he experimenting magic and trained his magic from early age so his magic control is good that he above everyone else. In term of magic capacity some of the girls in Seven Shades have more magic than him, it just that his magic control is superior than everyone else.

false. In his original life too dude didn't give a damn about anything besides becoming invulnerable to being killed. The mob part came later after "isekai". Dude's goals just went from "becoming practically unkillable" to "become rich enough to live comfortably after retirement", "become the undderated character who leads a double life in every single place" and be able to say "I AM FUCKIN INVINCIBLE"

i'm only read LN, and not play the game (game have ugly gameplay mechanics for me). but my friend who play said the game have side story for character and explain plot hole in story. he says after drink cid blood, elizabeth cant drink normal blood again. because cid blood really tasty and make other bloods taste bad. also cid blood have big power, so she no need think to drink blood again for long time. but because drink cid blood, she almost cant control herself when see cid, because her vampire instict want his blood. but i dont know this correct or not since i not play the game.

Due to Eta's comments, Sherry will most likely return in the next volume. References made to Detective Conan and hilarious moments of the arc between Akane, Beta, Eta and the others. Iris and Alexia's relationship as sisters is going to reach a critical point. There was a flashback to Delta's childhood and another flashback of Alpha when the seven shades lived together before Shadow Garden expanded. Milia reappears and later joins the organization, being assigned as Akane's roommate.
