Ella Fitzgerald gave two performances on April 4, 1965 in the Congress Hall at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. In the clip we see journalist Lucjan Kydryński holding flowers. He served as an announcer during the concert. There's a shot of Oscar Peterson. You can also see musician Andrzej Jastrzębski playing a sousaphone.
We hear fragments of songs: "Old MacDonald" and "Mack The Knife".

Next to the short biographies of the singer, Peterson, Terry and Flanagan, the brochure also has a bio of the impresario Norman Granz. The header says: "The Norman Granz Group in Poland".

According to Lucjan Kydryński's article titled "17 hours (in Warsaw) with Ella Fitzgerald", she sang more than fifteen songs each time. During the second performance half of the repertoire was different.
