Sometimes you have to try recovery without wanting to.. if you are strong enough you will find yourself during your attempt and you will want to recover completely

The thing is that when you do this you can get to a scary low weight and the people who are supposed to care still won’t… I had karen carpenter’s lowest BMI and my parents still didn’t give a shit about me and treated me like I was nothing. They still do. Starving yourself won’t make people who don’t care about you suddenly start caring

I can relate to that video because I have eating disorders it not about being skinny I just don't eat food. Sometimes it scares me when I eat food and I don't eat food in public anymore so yeah I feel bad for Ellen To the Bone.

I did what she did. But I don't have a metabolism to get bone thin, even though that was my goal. I watch this to be triggered. But the best I can hope for is 60kgs
