From a Muslim 2 become Adventist, Adventist I will always be!!!!

I am not an Adventist, but I do know and truly believe that woman was a true prophet, God uses her to spread his word, and he did it through visions may God be praise

All I have ever asked of her critics and anyone else, is to read probably one of the smallest books she wrote- it's called STEPS TO CHRIST. It's so small it can be read in a few hours and then people can make informed criticism or enhance their faith. That book changed my life, and made me want to read pretty much everything she wrote. I haven't even gone halfway through all her writings but I will confess that there is no way a simple human can pen such inspirational material just by themselves, from nowhere. You miss out on this material at your own peril. Ellen white is NOT Jesus, but a great representative of HIS. Read her material and contrast with your biblical knowledge and vice versa, and you will discover there is no conflict/contrast, whatsoever.

Without the writings of mrs white, i was not able to understand the true message from the Bible, She's a great writer inspired by God.

Everything she wrote is based on biblical truth. The visions she saw came true! A true prophet🙌🏼 she wasn’t a drunk. She always referred to God’s word in all she wrote🙌🏼

In 1986 I was 16 years(was not a SDA-did not even knew there was a GOD)someone shared The desire of ages/messages to young people/patriarchs and prophets-I read them and came to the conclusion that what Ellen white wrote had to be inspired/had to be messages from GOD to us sinners. I knew and accepted JESUS Christ through her books which lead me to the book of BOOKS -the BIBLE. Since then I do believe that because I gave my life to JESUS from a early young age-JESUS has rewarded me greatly/through his Angels GOD has saved me from death in this life many times. Since I decided to follow the health counsels from GOD-now at my age(45) GOD has honored me-I have none of the disease that are killing people in our times(heart disease/high blood pressure/diabetes/obesity etc) To GOD be the Glory !!!

Sister Ellen is a teacher. Yes, she is gone, but, she will not be forgotten.

The Lord revealed the truth to me about the seventh day Sabbath before I ever heard about Sister Ellen White. Then I read "The Great Controversy" and 2nd to God's Word it is one of my favorite books.

I'm a seventh day Adventist and It may be hard for you guys to believe but im telling you...shes a prophet of God. And she really did have a vision. Her visions are REAL!! It came right from scriptures. How could she be a false prophet if she points right from the bible? she is not delusional or a liar!! God give her a gift of prophecy. I do believe all her writings are true!! and the lord bless me reading her books.

I have recently discovered "Steps to Christ" by Ellen White. I could not stop reading until I finished this book; a book that was undoubtedly written by one who was divinely inspired.

It is amazing how much effort satan ans his followers make, to discredit this wonderful and wise Prophet of the 19th century...her advise on health, education and everything is very modern even in our century, everything she writes about is perfectely in accordance with the WORD of GOD. No doubt at all that she was enlightened by GOD and she dedicated her life to work for God, opening schools and hospitals, to educate and save souls to our Lord Jesus Christ.

At the first General Conference session in 1863 in Battle Creek, Michigan, 20 delegates representing six local conferences were in attendance. At that time we had a membership of 3,500 in 125 churches, with 22 ordained ministers and eight licensed ministers. In contrast, the 60th General Conference session, in 2015, has 2,571 official delegates in attendance. They represent 18,479,257 Seventh-day Adventists from every continent. Thank you for this video because I know that Ellen White is a prophet of God but it so disappointing to hear so many speak ill of her. It goes to show how many people are lost. We must keep them in prayer saints.

I love Ellen White and all her writings and books...she is the greatest prophet we had in the last centurie, still very actual and modern for our days, in all her advise and teachings...everything she writes is in accordance with the Bible, and that is how we test the Prophet, says GOD.

As a young financially struggling woman in this day of age.. How I hope that I can fully achieve that whole food diet. That no dairy, no meat diet. Its not mostly because of lack of temperance but more like the financial capacity to live up to the financial demands of this diet esp if you live in the heart of the city, and even if having already a farm, sometimes it still is not possible to complete all that's needed in the diet. So sometimes you can't help but outsource from the meaty shelves. Esp here in the Ph and the pandemic, it's still all such a struggle. I pray that we can all go to Heaven meet our Lord and Savior and finally granted that access to the Fruity and veggie vastness.

The Seventh Day Adventist Christians upholds the Bible as the sole source and authority in spreading the word of God. Ellen G. White had never contraindicated in her writings and teachings what had been written in the Bible. Despite having only an elementary education, she had produced numerous writings and books in various fields such as religion and health. God can use anybody regardless of gender, status, or background.Ellen G. White was called by God because she had lived her life in accordance with God's teachings.

How could a only 3rd grade educated woman know this much, explain prophecies high level and writes 24 books, unless inspired by the Divine Power? She was, indeed, prophetess of God with end-time messages, like Elijah and John the Baptist were in their times.

My heart has always mourned for Ellen, in the deaths of her sons! I can only see that God blessed them with His mark for the day of resurrection! ❤️🙏

She made me fall in love with Jesus and I am grateful for Jesus for letting her write Jesus love story for sinner like me. God can use the unlearned to confound the wise.. She had only an elementary education and wrote many inspiring and corrective writings to point to Jesus Christ and the Bible. And yet like many of those who have done God's special work - end up very hated and only appreciated by so few. Her health knowledge was far beyond the doctors of her time. And she was instrumental in establishing hospitals in the U S and abroad. God uses people such as her to validate His Word as found in the Bible. All other religions have their founders....go and criticize them too...It's amazing how much is produced against her rather than for good she has done for the world as shown in this video! When someone is so despised , there must be something so very special about them.

Joseph Bates (the founder of Sabbatarian Adventism) a Baptist minister is the one who introduced Saturday Sabbath keeping to Ellen G White and William Miller. It was later after this fact that EGW conveniently has a vision about it.

Her writings are the same of what the bible says. Different wording some times but still the same thing from the bible. Why give someone a vision of what God has already shown the prophets in the bible again?

God created seven days. To say that God created a day in which it is unacceptable, or a sin, to come together to worship Him is an grievous error. Sabbath means rest, not seven. The first Christians came together on the First day of the week [Sunday]. On the seventh day, God rested; not because He was tired or needed a rest, but to set a pattern for us- six days of work/one day of rest. Jesus said: "Man was not made for the Sabbath, the Sabbath[REST] was made for man". some occupations require work on the Sabbath- police, firemen, doctors, nurses, soldiers, etc...God never forbade this. As The Lord Jesus Christ put it: would that you would understand; I WOULD HAVE MERCY AND NOT SACRIFICE". God did not create a day in which it is unacceptable to worship Him.

Ellen G. White claimed she saw in vision the Father rise from his throne and in a flaming chariot entered the holiest of holies behind the veil and sat down. How can this be when God and his throne IS the holiest of holies? Ellen White also wrote (in Early Writings) that man amalgamated with beast as can be seen in the endless variety of species of animals and in some races of men. There is no doubt in my mind that Ellen White loved the Lord, but young Ellen was left hospitalized in a coma for three weeks which may have caused her to suffer for some kind of delusion of which little was known at the time.

I am a better writer than Ellen White. I write about what I can logically derive from Scripture. My insights into the laodicean eye salve, the raiment of Revelation 3:18, and the original definition of faith in the Hebrew Language is vital to all believers today. But I do make mistakes. I do not perfectly word everything. I believe God is leading me but I do not claim to be the final Elijah. Much of what came out of the Millerite movement is good doctrine, the sabbath, the sanctuary, it all aligns with scripture, until one tries to prove Ellen White is the final Elijah, then it brings everything else into disrepute. If God grant me live long enough, I will put the message of William Miller back into the hands of caring Baptists and Methodists et al. AMEN.

I want truth, am seeking truth, so may religions, Pentecostal, apostolic, seventh day, Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, Mormons, Jehovah's witness, so many I lost count..all these religions preaching from the Bible but their doctrine is different. Sideline question: Why did Ellen write 100,000 pages of anything? (according to her estate) The word of God is about 1,200 pages. So true but many SDA claim she was not a founder. No matter what the situation is, it all started in a cornfield upon false interpretations of scripture then justified or justalied that the day was right but the event was wrong. Now her followers claim they are the true Church or Remnant. What I take from this is that everyone before their organization started are lost except the writers of the bible which agree with their pick and choose verses.

I love alot of 3 ABNIGATION stuff BUT, have you not read what God's messenger says in Counsels to writers/Editors? It explains that "dramas (skits as well)even in their highest form are from beneath". ALL drama is people acting, pretending to be another person other than thenselves, so it's a lie; a falsehood. Read it (and Messages to young people), as she speaks against ALL forms/types of drama/acting very strongly. Better to just show pictures with a narration rather than play acting. Many, who don't believe Ellen White as prophetess, should read the following testimony of a Rabbi. (UNCUT) Jewish Rabbi claims Ellen White was a Jewish Mishnaic Writer Christ the Way of Life , "The Messiah, the Way of Life” Artist Elfred Lee's Testimony of Yahshua’s Life by Rabbi Joe Kagan Artist Elfred Lee - "I met Rabbi Joe Kagan at Weimar Institute in CA. His family had come from Eastern Europe where his aunt had been raped while a priest stood over her with a crucifix saying, "This is what you get for killing Christ." So you can imagine the feeling of many Jews towards Christianity. American Christians are not at all like Europeans. His family moved to the US while he was young. At age 13 he debuted at Carnegie Hall as a cantor. He had a beautiful, tenor voice. He received a very high education and became a rabbi. I met him in his later years in 1978 after he had been on Ronald Reagan's staff in Sacramento as their research man. If there were any questions about any subject, he was the one that did the research and found the answers. He had a very negative attitude towards Christianity. He would never touch the New Testament. However, he knew the Jewish Old Testament (Torah) extremely well as a highly educated rabbi would. One day he got hold of a book called "Patriarchs and Prophets" by Ellen G. White. He read it with astonishment and wanted to know who this Ellen White was. That is when I met him. He was asking who is this Ellen G. White, and what university did she attend. We told him she only had a 3rd grade education. "Then, where did she learn Hebrew?" he asked. We told him that she never knew Hebrew, but was the most prolific female writer in history and that this was only one of her books. He was amazed at her knowledge, saying that the information in this book (Patriarchs and Prophets) is Mishnaic. The Mishnah is part of the Hebrew scholarship. He said the Mishnah had only been translated into English 30 years ago and that only high-level rabbis knew this information. This is the history of my people and it is very, very accurate. He also said that you have to know Hebrew to be able to write like this because her sentence structure is not English, it's Hebrew...The rhythm, the meter, the arrangement of words and expressions are not English. He said it's as if she wrote in Hebrew and it was translated into English. My family and I developed a strong friendship with Joe, his wife and son. As we studied the Bible and some Ellen White books together one day, he said, "I am convinced that Ellen White was inspired by the same source that inspired the Hebrew prophets. I want to become a Christian. I accept Jesus Christ as my Messiah." Now, he would not have come to Christ through reading the Bible. Even though the Hebrew Bible is full of prophecies pointing to the Messiah, it took Ellen White's writings to prove to him that Jesus Christ was the fulfilment of all the Hebrew prophecies. And only then did he pick up the New Testament and read about his Jewish Messiah. Many times I saw him cry. I was in the middle of a painting commission for a large mural called "Christ the Way of Life" for the world headquarters of the Seventh Day Adventist church in Washington DC. He became very involved with that painting. The painting had originally been inspired by James and Ellen White who had commissioned an engraver to do a black and white drawing of the subject. He confirmed to me that Ellen White's concept was very accurate on the whole plan of salvation in both the Old and New Testament, but that the engraver had misrepresented her concepts. So he helped me in many details to make the painting historically and theologically accurate; especially regarding the sanctuary section, the Hebrew writing on the cross and the last supper scene. He told me to paint Jesus and his disciples at an oriental style table, sitting on mats on the floor - not Roman couches as the medieval artists painted. Further, he said their heads would be covered and he made sure I painted the wine, the unleavened bread and the bitter herbs and their symbolism exactly as they would have been. He approved of the whole painting and we had an unveiling ceremony at the Auburn SDA Church in late 1979. He had written a song to go with the painting and sat at the organ as we unveiled the painting. He wept as he sang the words of Jesus on the cross quoting Isaiah, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?" He sang and sang and wept and wept, his whole body shaking. There was not a dry eye in the whole church. His voice was so beautiful. The original painting hangs in the new SDA world headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland where they have posters and Bible studies of the painting. I could never have done it without the inspiration of Rabbi Kagan and Ellen White. I wish they were still alive! We were at his secret baptism in the Bear River above Sacramento on Saturday night Dec. 22, 1979. There were four of us present. He could not even tell his wife and son that he was now a Christian. As he came up out of the cold water praising God and singing to his new Messiah, he said, "I am now a completed Jew. I have now accepted the Old and New Testament and the Messiah that all Jewish prophets told us about!" I was recently in Europe giving some workshops on art and some of my archaeological work in the Middle East. I happened to meet a Jewish family from Israel. Shalom David was originally from Iraq and his wife from Chile. They were now attending a college in Europe where I met with quite a bit of opposition to the writings of Ellen White. This Jewish family invited me to their home for Shabbat (Friday night supper.) It was a most enjoyable occasion as his wife and beautiful children sang and celebrated the arrival of Sabbath as Jews have done for thousands of years. I told them the story of Rabbi Kagan and he got very excited. He said, "The same thing happened to me! I would have rather burned the Bible then touch it! I wanted nothing to do with Christianity, but I also read the writings of Ellen White and the Spirit of God was on that woman. Her writings are as if she wrote in Hebrew. You can definitely hear the Hebrew rhythm, meter and expressions in her books. I also believe she was inspired by the same source as the Hebrew prophets. And she has helped me fall in love with Jesus Christ, my Messiah." I just met yesterday with a rabbi living here in California - Rabbi Ben. It was a follow up to a Sabbath meal I was invited to this last Sabbath with him and a group of Adventists. He went through the whole ceremony at the meal just like Rabbi Kagan and as my new friend (Shalom David) in Europe had. So yesterday we were talking over Hebrew ceremonies and how they are still effective in healing disease. Rabbi Ben told me that he has also had the same experience. He hated the Bible but that Ellen White brought him to Christ and helped him read the New Testament and fall in love with the Messiah. He also told me that he had gone to visit one of the most influential rabbis in America who is in his 90s who must remain unnamed. While in this rabbi's library talking, he was scanning the many, many books on his walls and there he saw the book "Patriarchs and Prophets" by Ellen White. Rabbi Ben asked him about it and where he had gotten it, "Why do you have this book by a Christian author?" The rabbi said, "This as a very authoritative source on our history."

I believe Ellen G White and all her followers will be judged together. Ellen G White preached salvation through works and replaced JESUS with a false work your way to heaven gospel. I imagine JESUS is going to judge the SDA church harshly.
