Thank you so much for your review. I lost count how many times I watched it. My Perla arrived today and I love her. I have her in this exact color, although mine leans even less towards auburn than yours, so I probably will try out toffee brown shaded next. This is a wig I will most definitely buy again. I played with her. I even put two cute top buns in her. I was not afraid to touch her, unlike my other wigs who all have lace fronts. This will be the wig that will ease me into wig wearing. Also I was searching the permatease and I was shocked at how light she felt. Thank you for your awesome reviews, seeing your review was the last nudge I needed to buy her. Now I no longer have to answer the door with my hair in a tiny little ponytail, or go out the door with hats on, because now I have an alternative that I can plop on my head in less than a minute and out I go. I would have never dared purchasing her, without having seen your review!

I was looking at this style recently and theorized that the odd mono crown was due to the way shag bangs are started from much farther back. I like that Perla is an edgier style than most wigs.

thankyou so much for this review! this one is beautiful, like the ultimate improvement over Est's Hunter, I have to have the mono crown on a basic cap as it eliminates the need for even more permatease there, looks and feels way more natural

Ellen Wille went all out this fall! I think the mono crown helps it to lay better back there and look more natural. Quick question. Do you know if any of the EW brunettes lean neutral or cool? I can’t do warm, but to my eye, they all look warm.

Thanks! I’ve found the Dark Chocolate to be less warm and I would guess that the Expresso colors would be more neutral❤️❤️

I had heard rave reviews about Ellen Wille wigs, but have you noticed that the fibers on her pieces are very coarse and dry? I have tried 2 different Touch wigs - the hair (especially the ends) felt like straw - right out of the box! I'd like your opinion. I'm trying to find the softest and least density pieces...but have not been successful.

The silky feeling of the fibers depends on how much silicone coating they have. The downside to silky fibers is too much shine. Some companies don’t use fibers that are that shiny because customers complain. What I find with EW fibers is that they aren’t as shiny and silky, but they do look more like natural hair. It’s a give and take. With my EW wigs, I use a silicone spray with every wash to keep them from getting dry. I have EW wigs that have lasted a long time. Hope that helps!❤️
