Love this video. I do the elliptical for 1 hour 6 days a week. Saturday & Sunday I do it twice. You look great. Keep going

I'm 5'9" and 235 lbs, and Type 2 diabetic. Great work! 👍🏻💪🏼 This gives me some much needed motivation. What did you eat/diet wise?

Thanks mate. My diet was low carb and low calories, around 1700. High protein. Lots of chicken and vegetables

Have you changed your diet much since u started? How old were u when this channel started? Do you consume sweets and sodas? You've clearly made muscle gain and some weight loss. Congrats

Is it good to gain weight? I weigh 46 kg ,but I have blood cholesterol, so I need to exercise, but I also need to eat a lot, but I have no appetite

Dude let me preface this by saying that you are an active and likeable guy. But you must be doing something wrong if you‘ve been working on your body for 5 years (I‘ve seen some of your older videos) and your still carrying that fat. My guess is it comes down to your nutrition. If so, go take that more seriously! You have a good predisposition for a tonned body, I can see that; go get it if that‘s what you want :)

No thanks. I don't eat to much carbs and I find they are detrimental to my health. I also like healthy fat and meat so I can't do this challenge unfortunately
