I started 2 months ago doing 50 push up every day, start doing around 30 first day, now 60 no problem. During days I feel more energetic and start adding more exercises, more for the back, now I started it, get amazed that I can do 3x60sec, I thought I last 10 second just 1 repetition ahahah

I lost 55 kilos 3 years ago and managed to stay at that weight for almost 2 years. Unfortunately I let myself down again and gained 37 kilos . Your videos, your motivation and your strength to keep getting up again and agian were a motivation for me to start this journey again. I bought a walking pad, but nothing beats the great outdoors. It's easier to eat better aswell cause your not gonna walk 10k and stuff yourself. You be like I've just burned 500 or so calories and if I eat that chocolate what was the point. Wish my dog was up for a long walk.

To go more in depth, eat baked chicken and vegetables. I also eat potatoes. Keep the vegetables because you’ll want something to make you feel full quickly. Don’t add unnecessary fats to your meal like too much oil or butter. Don’t eat sugar. Drink a lot of water. Also, eat until you’re not hungry, but don’t eat until you are full. The less calories you eat, the more weight you’ll lose because your body has to burn the calories from your body instead. Make sure to exercise appropriately. Getting into “High Intensity Interval Training” or HIIT is very useful to burn calories and also build muscle. To summarize, it’s basically doing workouts with minimal rest. I’d also recommend to run or walk on a treadmill. If you walk, then walk on an incline. 9% incline is the sweet spot for burning calories. 3.3mph or about 6.5kmph is a solid speed for walking up the incline. When you’re walking up the incline, don’t be afraid to give yourself little 2 and a half minute breaks every 5 minutes or 7.5 minutes. But you have to stick with the exercise even if it’s tiring. That’s the only way to lose weight. If you give up and always give breaks to yourself then you’ll never burn calories so you have to push through and persevere. Balance your breathing when walking. Breathe through your nose and then breathe out of your mouth. It’s efficient,
